KORN CONSULT GROUP has been tasked by a new client from the field of machine and installation construction with the optimization of the processes at one of its units. The project started with analysing the weak points and ascertaining the real situation. Then followed the approval of the unitary project for process improvement by the top management and finally its implementation through the care of the Operative Interim and the experience of the consultancy team. The methods and processes used, respectively the management concepts developed, are implemented in the daily activity by training in areas such as production and process planning, production optimization, method of leading and communication.
