The KORN CONSULT GROUP in the USA was commissioned by a car mirror manufacturer to optimize its supply management. Increasing backlogs led to risks for timely delivery to the ordering OEMs. To improve this, we set two main goals: reducing downtime and eliminating the causes of high reject rates. After a short time, the first measurable improvements were achieved, through intensive support.
