KORN CONSULT GROUP has been tasked by a Tier 1 global provider from Asia to support and optimize the management of projects. This task involves the analysis and definition of modified business processes, getting over the series of processes and permanent communication with OEM. Korn Consult additionally coordinates the weekly meetings regarding the state of the project.
