  • Pareto Chart – Prioritizing issues based on their impact.
  • SIPOC/C&E Matrix – Identifying key process inputs and outputs.
  • Lean Layout – Streamlining physical workflows.
  • Development of Roadmaps with Work Packages – Structuring implementation steps effectively.

These tools facilitated the reduction of open backorders from 900 to 0 within one week, a remarkable achievement that underscores the effectiveness of VSM 4.0 methodologies.
