The KORN CONSULT GROUP received from a premium OEM the order to perform an audit and conduct a potential analysis for an engineering partner, in accordance with internal company guidelines. The audit was conducted by an experienced Senior Project Manager at the supplier’s location and consisted in a project management evaluation as well as the planning of the product- and process development. The result provided the basis for long-term strategic decisions for our client.
