The KORN CONSULT GROUP was commissioned by a new customer specializing in aluminum automotive piping systems to prepare a production facility for IATF 16949 certification. The aim of the team of consultants, who have been experienced in quality management for many years, is to fully adapt the plant to the further developed business processes. Consulting workshops and coaching are used within the framework of the project in order to implement the know-how at the location and thus to achieve conformity.
