A satisfied customer sends an audit team from within the KORN CONSULT to China to prepare an audit for an OEM from Korea. The intervention was set Friday and on Monday they already acted onsite in China. The local audit team has the expertise required in the application of the required qualitative methods and customer-specific requirements (in this case an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) from Korea). Customer satisfaction for the pragmatic intervention of the team of professionals throughout the working day was maximal.
