Electromobility (e-Mobility): As part of an internal process improvement project, KORN CONSULT GROUP has been assigned by a cell manufacturer for batteries to analyse the compliance to technical specifications for cleanliness and the status of industrialization and to develop and implement a concept for required improvements.
A team of industry and subject matter experts ensured the successful identification of gaps and implmentation of required solution in order to reach the set financial and operational targets.
