KORN CONSULT GROUP China receives a project order that through its know-how in the field of technology and operational performance, to develop the product development process using a more efficient project management and a new organizational procedure. An international Senior Expert team was delegated for this project in order to manage the project successfully. The analysis of the EXISTING condition indicated which certain steps are required and what are the main project assignments to ensure a successful implementation.
