A tier 2 supplier in escalation status commissioned the KORN CONSULT GROUP to improve the production optimization in the ramp-up.
The limited delivery performance was caused by late industrialization and increased reject and rework rates.
With our improvement project, the process chaining could be broken, the plant availability optimized and the reject rate reduced.
