A global car manufacturer integrates KORN CONSULT GROUP for the purpose of the operative development of the so-called Shop Floor management (of the production plants) within the project management of the operational processes. The customer thus takes advantage not only of the methodological competence, but also of the extensive experience in the field of the accredited consultants. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the project worldwide, on 4 continents, an Executive Consultant and Senior Project Manager were delegated to this effect. They collaborate with the local team of consultants within KORN CONSULT GROUP in order to ensure an implementation in the national languages of those countries of all the training content for the customers’ staff.
