Within the framework of an OEM escalation, a manufacturer of safety parts contracted the KORN CONSULT GROUP in order to improve the quality and internal processes at two Eastern European locations. The assigned team, consisting of several senior consultants, senior project managers and executive consultants, supported the First Tier to reach the key performance indicators (KPI) of the OEM in a timely manner.
