Korn Consult and KC & Partner take over the operational responsibility for a Tier 1 to take on the quality planning tasks (AQP). The project is being conducted at the headquarters in Germany, the production site is in Eastern Europe and the OEM in the USA. The employed senior expert covers all the languages of the various countries involved in the project.
