The KORN CONSULT GROUP was commissioned by an European manufacturer of automotive safety systems to carry out a root cause analysis based on ISO TS 16949. This project was led by an experienced senior consultant with in-depth experience in quality management and in the corresponding systems. In connection to this, the project was then expanded by process analyzes and improvement programs.
