The KORN CONSULT GROUP received an order from a premium OEM with the scope of assuring the maturity level of its Tier 2 supplier. There are acute worldwide delivery and supply problems, which is why the team of consultants with many years of experience in task force management is active on site. The aim of the project is to initiate the immediate corresponding measures, to track them and to implement additional long-term measures in the company, so that punctual and flawless delivery can be ensured in the future to the OEM.
