KORN CONSULT GROUP was commissioned by a leading manufacturer of aluminum packaging in Switzerland to support the search and selection of new suppliers in mechanical engineering and special purpose machinery manufacture. At the same time, the tasks of the senior project manager with a 30-year experience were the preparation of a customer-specific questionnaire, as well as requirements specification documents and technical specification documents, visits to potential new suppliers and preparation of the final SWOT report. This project led to optimal selection of suppliers.
