A global market leader in the OEM Premium segment calls for the stabilization of a critical supplier through a complex interconnection on multiple levels of the production. In the short term, an interim team was delegated to establish operational activities on the spot. After a short activity in this regard on the spot, the management decisions required to stabilize the production supply and to implement the safety scenario on a solid foundation were ordered through the required further measures.
