A market leader in the production of electronics sent the KORN CONSULT GROUP an URGENT order to stabilize a supplier in the Czech Republic. The project should have started within 48 hours in order to stabilize a critical situation of the existing supply. After a very brief on-site intervention significant improvements of the supplier chain became apparent for the customer.
