KORN CONSULT GROUP US Inc. received an order from a premium OEM to support a first Tier. Due to the lack of delivery performance, its worldwide business status has been put on hold. With the on-site help of our Senior Project Manager, the supplier is returned to systematic and proactive process control. He verifies the individual processes within the organization and the functional areas concerned. The implementation has started successfully and after a short time the first processes are stabilized and the trend of the KPIs is positive. Now all teams are working on sustainability.
