We´ve been commissioned by a Tier 1 supplier in the US to support activities at some of their suppliers. Our job was to work with the suppliers to establish a performance “scorecard” for productivity, logistics and quality to enable our customer to analyze and have an early reaction to any problem. Our Senior Consultant team has successfully completed the project by using their many years of experience in supplier management.
