A new customer from Europe has requested KORN CONSULT GROUP support for VDA-RGA standard (regarding maturity level assurance) implementation. The project began with an analysis of existing organizational and project structure and completed with the implementation of a global management system of the projects. Our customer managed, on the basis of the results of the analysis performed by KORN CONSULT GROUP, to obtain new projects. All parties involved in the project have benefited.
