The KORN CONSULT GROUP received an order from a First Tier automotive interiors supplier to continue an ongoing order to support quality management for a series production. An experienced senior project manager and a consultant with extensive technical knowledge supported the customer in supplier management. This included, especially, the establishment of quality control circuits (Pareto, etc.) and the design of processes analog to VDA 6.3. Another prime focus of the order is the assurance of the maturity level for the planned serial production.
