From a manufacturer of bearings for automotive and industrial applications, the KORN CONSULT GROUP received a consulting contract for the systematic implementation of the technical requirements of its OEMs to suppliers. The project is being conducted in India by experienced colleagues with good OEM expertise. The project started according to the KCG 4-phase model with an analysis, followed by the root cause and design phase to define the work packages.
