KORN CONSULT GROUP was contracted for task force support by a Tier 1 supplier from Hungary. The KPI OEE is currently below the target, which is why it is difficult to comply with the needs of the ordering OEMs. The established Task Force Teams and our Senior Project Manager will stabilize production processes and reduce downtime in the production sections so that delivery will be done properly in the future for the OEM.
