An automotive customer, being globally growing, has requested support for further development of his company. The key points of the project were „technology excellence” respectively „operational excellence”. During some workshops were developed and defined organizational concepts and different business processes. The introductory part consisted of an operational training and support by a Senior Consultants team from KORN CONSULT GROUP. The team managed to successfully implement the project using proper methods, processes concepts and management.
