KC & Partner and Korn Consult are assigned a project by a worldwide Tier 1 supplier to perform an in-house training on problem solving according to the “Train the Trainer” principle. The experienced senior consultant and practice expert prepares a customized training program using standard methods, automotive practice examples and Korn Consult methods. The trainees come together from all over the world to the multi-day intensive training program to learn and to prepare for the roll-out in their manufacturing locations.
