The KORN CONSULT GROUP received an order from a Tier 1 manufacturer of automotive vibration technology as a troubleshooter in supplier management. The aim of the experienced Senior Project Manager is to assist the Italian based supplier in improving the on-site production processes and to track deadlines. Production downtime is also reduced and OEE is sustainably improved.
