KORN CONSULT and KC & PARTNER GROUP carried out a project analysis compliant with VDA 6.3 for a Chinese company. The objective was the unitary implementation of the VDA 6.3 processes so as to increase the degree of maturity for the production processes, to decrease the secondary activity, and to increase efficiency. Experienced consultants in the automotive field participate at the national and international implementation of this successful project.
