KORN CONSULT GROUP was commissioned by a premium OEM to carry out a VDA 6.3 Readiness Project at a supplier in China. The experienced local consultant team supported the supplier in preparation for a planned VDA 6.3 audit using the Four-phase Model. The existing problems are analyzed, solutions are developed, implementation measures are established for improvement, and the effectiveness of the established measures is examined in the last step.
