A successful automotive supplier, which organized its operational processes according to the VDA, using an internal project team, turned to the services of the KORN CONSULT GROUP experts for the VDA-RGA-based assessment of the customer-specific requirements and the audit process type P2-P7 VDA 6.3 (for the project management, product and process development, supplier quality, production up to customer satisfaction) to determine the progress of the project and its status.
