The KORN CONSULT GROUP received a project commissioning from a first Tier in Hungary from the automotive sector with the core product fields Powertrain Technology and Polymer Technology. The appointed consultants, an Executive and a Senior Consultant, work on a vulnerability and root cause analysis. Subsequently, they are on-site as operational support to anchor the de-escalation criteria specified by the OEM in robust processes in the production plant.
