An existing project with the KORN CONSULT GROUP was extended by a premium automotive manufacturer at a supplier in two chinese plants. In the previous project phase, a weak point analysis and a systemic root cause analysis were carried out and thereof an action plan derived. The professional approach of the senior consultants ensured a structured and efficient project progression, so that the consultant team was also commissioned to implement the planned work packages.
