The KORN CONSULT GROUP was commissioned by a plastics processing company with the focus on injection molded parts to carry out a workshop regarding brainstorming, development and internal implementation of the IATF 16949 standards. This Technology Excellence project was carried out by an experienced Executive Consultant with hands-on mentality and profound knowledge of ISO / TS 16949, quality management, as well as Turtle Audit Methodology.
