KORN CONSULT GROUP US Inc. received an order from a Tier 1 from development and manufacturing division of high quality seat components for the global automotive industry. There are both capacity and delivery difficulties here. This project is being carried out by a Senior American Project Manager as well as a local Senior Consultant at the site in China. Daily on-site support, monitoring and the preparation of a structured improvement plan will ensure structured tool and product approval as well as flawless delivery to the customer.
