We recently came together as a team for our company Kick-Off meeting and what an inspiring start it was!
During the session, we aligned on our strategy for 2026, explored new opportunities in business development and rolled up our sleeves for an engaging Hoshin Kanri workshop. A key part of our discussions was also how we can serve our customers even better, by understanding their needs more deeply and translating them into clear priorities and actions.
What made the meeting truly special was the open exchange of ideas, the strong collaboration across teams and the shared motivation to move forward with clarity and focus.
In the evening, we came together for a team dinner, where we relaxed, connected and celebrated the energy and enthusiasm that will carry us into 2026.
