Your area of responsibility
- Plan, execute, and lead client projects as overall project lead — including interim-management assignments — against clear quality, cost and schedule targets
- Steer all supplier-related activities and processes for our clients, including auditing
- Run gap and root-cause analyses, develop optimization concepts and implement them on the ground
- Present project results to our clients’ decision-making bodies and facilitate workshops
- Represent KORN CONSULT GROUP to external partners (clients, suppliers, third parties)
What you bring
- Degree in business or engineering (or a comparable technical/commercial qualification) and 5+ years of experience, preferably in automotive/industrial and in management consulting
- Client-facing experience, with management and business-development exposure
- Experience with automotive and quality-management methods and standards, e.g. IATF 16949 / VDA audits, 8D, Six Sigma or FMEA
- Strong sense of ownership, a self-directed working style and a hands-on mentality
- Willing to travel to client sites domestically and internationally; authorized to work in the US with fluent English skills
What we offer
- Base salary range: $115,000–$150,000 per year, based on experience and location
