The 20 year jubilee wasn’t the only occasion that brought the KCG team together in Germany. Just a day earlier, the same hall hosted our annual KCG Academy, a chance to exchange ideas, reflect on our work and reconnect with colleagues from around the world.
Together, we looked back at the projects and experiences that shaped the past months, discussed our priorities for the rest of the year and explored key trends shaping the consulting industry.
But KCG Academy is about more than projects and presentations. It’s about the people and perspectives behind them. With colleagues joining from Germany, Hungary, Romania, Mexico, the USA, China, South Africa and the Czech Republic, there was plenty to learn from one another and plenty of fun along the way.
