Reporting Point for IT Security Incidents

We provide an external reporting point through which information about potential or actual IT security incidents can be submitted.

Affected individuals or organizations can contact this reporting point if they wish to report an incident or suspect that they may be affected by a security-relevant event.

Reporting Guidelines:
To enable a prompt and proper handling of your report, we ask that you provide the following information:

  1. A brief, factual description of the incident or suspicion.
  2. The time or period when the incident was noticed.
  3. Information on possible impact (e.g., own systems, data, communications).
  4. A contact option for any follow-up questions.
  5. Please do not send sensitive access credentials, passwords or complete personal data records.

Reports can also be submitted anonymously upon request.

All reports will be treated confidentially and reviewed in accordance with applicable legal and organizational requirements.

Once we have received your report, you will promptly receive an acknowledgment of receipt.
