The KORN CONSULT GROUP received an order for an internal system audit according to IATF 16949 from a new customer in the field of development and production of electronic assemblies for the control of car components. The customer plans this certification and would like to have an internal audit in advance, including the conduct of a Gap Analysis that shows the actual deviations. With the help of the employed Executive Consultant with ISO / TS 16949 auditors training, strong practical knowledge in quality management as well as using the KCG Gap Analysis tool, a successful certification is fully prepared.
