The first day of KCG Academy 2024 was all about reconnecting! It was incredible to have everyone together in one place, with colleagues coming from all around the world—Germany, Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, Austria, Mexico, Singapore, China, Poland, Spain, India, and the USA. After so much time apart, it felt amazing to finally see each other face-to-face. We spent the day in meetings focused on where we stand as a company, the progress we’ve made, and some exciting updates on the new systems being implemented. There were lots of discussions about our global strategy and next steps for the future, and it really felt like we’re all moving in the right direction. We wrapped up the day feeling motivated and more connected as a team. It was great to not only catch up on all the progress we’ve made, but also to share in the excitement of what’s coming next.
