The KORN CONSULT GROUP was commissioned by a 1st Tier to carry out an audit according to VDA 6.3 at its suppliers. The employed auditor with many years of practical experience in the VDA methods communicated at the top management level. The following knowledge led the project to success: process audit and process development, project and supplier management, product development as well as production and customer service.
