Peter WANSCHURA is member of our advisory board and has 35 years of leadership and consulting experience in the areas of organizational development, change management, project management, production planning, quality assurance, logistics as well as supplier management and supplier development. He brings the following company experience: BMW, Knorr-Bremse. As part of his extensive project experience, he has, among other things, accompanied the following customers: MINI, Rolls Royce, M.A.N., ThyssenKrupp, Vibracoustic, Valeo, among other customers He speaks German and English.


Peter WANSCHURA has extensive experience as a leader at a German premium OEM. He acts worldwide as a business excellence consultant to the automotive industry and oversees the execution of the business strategy, corporate developments, and strategy changes. Besides, he develops holistic strategic solutions to meet and exceed market expectations within the automotive industry. He also has many years of experience in international business management and turnaround management. His intercultural competence was very successful used during several global consulting projects through our customers in Asia, North America, South Africa, and Europe. His strategic vision and change management approach brings suitability into all consulting projects as well as into company development. A strong ability to holistic strategic leadership approach, as well as coaching skills complete his profile.
