A leading manufacturer in the automotive industry, still in the growth phase, requested the services of the KORN CONSULT GROUP in a consulting project to adapt their company organization to the international requirements imposed on the company. A project consisting of several phases was implemented to achieve this, in which the company management was involved, and benchmark and top down assessments were used, analysing the communication processes within the company, the transfer of decisions to the superior body and the decision process, making up a structured and defined concept which was then implemented successfully
