Korn Consult and KC & Partner are commissioned to operatively support a Tier 2 supplier with the implementation of Automotive Standard Process structures and with the development of the company. The target of the customer is to develop the existing company structures of the Tier 2 supplier and to help the supplier become a Tier 1. The project also includes coaching the management of the customer.
