A german automotive manufacturer commissioned the KORN CONSULT GROUP to conduct a process assessment in accordance with VDA 6.3 for a critic supplier of its high-performance division. Two experienced consultants were on site at the customer’s locations in Germany and Hungary, in order to develop concepts based on an weak point analysis, which can ensure an on schedule parts supply. The implementation of the concept contents was conducted simultaneously by the experienced KCG consultant team, with success.
