The KORN CONSULT GROUP received an order from a new customer, a well-known 1. Tier automotive supplier, to conduct a project analysis at different locations in Germany. Short-term goal of the order was to secure and improve the running process. The long-term goal was to ensure the continuous process-improvement through the help of our experienced consultants.
