A Tier 1 automotive provider from Mexico, active at global level, has requested the services of KORN CONSULT GROUP. The object of the project is the continuous optimization of processes from a production unit in Mexico. Improvement implementation is handled by a local team of Senior Consultants. The team has successfully implemented the project through the created methods and processes, respectively the developed management concepts, contributing to the sustainable improvement of the processes and thus to the profitability of the client.
