Korn Consult and KC & Partner got the contract to perform global operational VDA 6.3 supplier audits for an successful global first tier supplier. Target is, to analyse production processes with operations experience, secure process capability and to improve product quality. One target of this project is to set a Technology Benchmarking over a pool of suppliers, in order to define a selection strategy of suppliers and supplier’s qualification process.
