KORN CONSULT GROUP Management Consulting Shanghai Co. Ltd. from China has been commissioned by an industrial company which processes aluminium, which operates worldwide, with the conducting of a four day audit, according to VDA 6.3, P2-P7. The two auditors involved have made the project in English and Mandarin languages and have communicated at Top-Management level. The methods applied for this project, were, among others: process audit, project management, product and process development, supplier management, production and client service.
