KORN CONSULT GROUP is assigned by a worldwide Tier 1 market-leading supplier for the automobile industry to develop a global internal audit standard valid for the group of companies in its entirety. To this end, they rely on the experience of KORN CONSULT GROUP. In developing this internal audit global standard, the know-how in the field of consultancy was needed, thus both the specific requirements of the customers (abbreviated in German: KSF) and the VDA, ISO, AIAG in their entirety were taken into consideration and fulfilled by the new standard. The development was done in several workshops with the customer’s experts. After the successful approval of the top management, the actual implementation of the audit standard in all the globally targeted subsidies begins.
